Handmade returns & exchanges

We hope you love your JennyWrenCraft order. You may return your handmade item/s within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition with the tags attached on clothing items.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.
