Handmade delivery

Handmade items are usually made and dispatched within 5-7 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. A dispatch email will be sent on the day an order is shipped. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. If your order includes both handmade and preloved items your order will be dispatched together once all items are ready. 

Allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery. 

Delivery address errors cannot be changed after dispatch. 

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. All orders outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the total price of the order and are the responsibility of the buyer, contact your local customs for further information.
