Preloved returns & exchanges

All preloved items are carefully checked and photographed, any noticeable flaws are listed and referenced to the condition guide in the footer menu. You may return your Roo & Wren item/s within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition with the tags attached.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
